STEP 2 ~ You place an order with Applied Leasing Ltd
We will send you by fax or email, our standard quote/order and proposal form. You must ensure that the vehicle details and the quote parameters are your exact requirements . Complete the proposal form as accurately as possible, as this information will be used by the selected Finance House to carry out a credit check. In addition you will be required to provide corroborative information:-
Ltd Companies: Under 5 yrs, Latest Audited Accounts and or Business Plan.
Sole Trader/Partnerships: 2 x Proof of Address, Driver's Licence (card & counterpart) and Latest set of Audited Accounts and or 3 months Bank Statements
Personal: 5yrs address history, Driver's Licence (card & counterpart), 1 x Utility Bill Dated within the last 90 days and in your personal name
New Start Up Companies: We specialise in obtaining credit for New Start Up Businesses. Please call on FREEPHONE 0800 525 209.
An authorised signatory will then be required to sign the bottom of the quote/order form, confirming acceptance of the rental quoted, these forms and additional information can then be returned by fax, email or by post.
STEP 3 ~ Read the DATA PROTECTION Statement from Applied Leasing Ltd
Upon receipt of your completed proposal form, we will send these details along with any corroborative information to the selected Finance House for underwriting purposes. The Finance House will register only your name and address with a licensed credit reference agency. A record of this search will be held by the Agency and the Finance House.Applied Leasing Ltd will not have access to any of this information.
STEP 4 ~ Deposit Payment
Upon underwriting acceptance, before we can proceed to order your vehicle, we will request a vehicle holding deposit of £250.00, this can be paid by cheque or credit card and is fully refunadable upon delivery of the vehicle. Upon receipt of this we will place your vehicle order with the Dealership/Manufacturer. Please note under the Distance Selling Regulation (DSR) you the consumer waive your right to cancel the order once Applied Leasing Ltd have begun to source the vehicle, therefore if you cancel your order before delivery, you may lose this deposit by way of compensation.
STEP 5 ~ Sign your Documents
We will send a contractual agreement and Direct Debit, this will need to be signed and returned to Applied Leasing Ltd as soon as possible, these documents confirm the terms of the quote and the terms and conditions of the specific Finance House. Before signing these documents it is very important that you read the Terms and Conditions outlined.
STEP 6 ~ Order Progress
We will notify you when your vehicle is due for delivery, the date time and location will be agreed to suit you.
STEP 7 ~ Delivery
From our extensive dealerships we deliver to anywhere within mainland UK free of charge, however there is a small charge for delivery outside of the mainland i.e. Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.A professional handover of the vehicle is made by the delivery driver to enable you to familiarise yourself with your new vehicle.
STEP 8 ~ Customer Care
Following the delivery of your new vehicle we will call you to ensure that you are completely happy.We will endeavour to keep in contact with you throughout the contract term.If however you have any problems with the vehicle or contract please feel free to use our FREEPHONE 0800 525 209
STEP 9 ~ End of Contract and Re-arrange for your Next New Car
We will contact you within 3 months of the end of your contract to establish how you wish to proceed:-
1) We can offer you a replacement vehicle.
2) If possible would you like to extend your existing vehicle contract?
3) Would you like us to obtain a purchase price for your vehicle?
