This service is completely free of charge and allows you to track any existing claims, manage and update your information and includes vehicles up to 7.5t.

Repair, Excess and VAT Costs Relating to Insurance Cover
Customers are expected to pay their normal excess charge to their insurance company before any work will be completed. If a third party is at fault for the accident the Accident Management team will work to recover this repair cost.
Comprehensively Insured Customers are required to pay the insurance excess (including VAT). Any charge over the excess will be invoices to the insurer.
Third party insured customers will pay the complete charge for total repair (including VAT).
Uninsured/ Loss / Recovery
In the event that a third party is at fault, the accident management team will work to recover the full repair cost Including net repair or policy excess costs any daily rental costs or loss of use charges.
The accident management team will retain 12.5% of all successful recoveries as a fee. No recovery, no fee.
The repairer will take payment directly by credit card for the excess, VAT and any repair costs relating to insurance cover. Payment can be taken over the phone prior to vehicle collection via a service or upon collection by the driver. A receipt will be provided, detailing all repair costs and VAT for recoverability purposes.
Applied Leasing Ltd will send an invoice once all the repair work has been completed. The invoice will be itemised and will include all work completed, VAT charges and any excess or repair costs that may have been incurred.
