Your Sales Executive will send you by fax or email, our standard quote/order and proposal form. You must ensure that the details and the quote parameters are exactly per your requirements. Complete the proposal form as accurately as possible, as this information will be used by the selected Finance House to carry out a credit check (Please refer to our Data Protection Policy on the Step by Step Guide). In addition you will be required to provide corroborative information:-

Ltd Companies: Under 3 yrs, Latest Audited Accounts & Business Plan.
Sole Trader/Partnerships: 2 x Proof of Address, Driver�s Licence. and Latest set of Audited Accounts or 3 months Bank Statements
Personal: 3 x latest Pay Slips, (possibly 3 months Bank Statements) Driver�s Licence, 2 x Proof of Address.

New Start Up Companies: We specialise in obtaining credit for New Start Up Businesses. When you speak to a Sales Executive they will advise you of the corroborative information you require.

An authorised signatory will then be required to sign the bottom of the quote/order form, confirming acceptance of the rental quoted and confirming your agreement for obtaining the relevant credit facilities. These forms and additional information can then be returned by fax or by post:-
